This private client in Kensington turned to KNEKTD to consolidate their audio/visual, lighting, heating and cooling from one central, intelligent digital system.
The property, affectionately referred to as the Tile House due to its factory origins, is located in the heart of Kensington, London.
Collaborating with the client’s interior designers the brief was to achieve fully integrated control throughout, managed by numerous Crestron-managed subsystems.
The Kensington property features Crestron NVX video distribution, Crestron NAX audio distribution, fully integrated heating and cooling via a building management system, a Creston end-to-end lighting control system using the Crestron Horizon keypads, 2N door entry & CCTV integration — all controlled through the various Crestron touch screens located through the property, as well as the iPhone & iPad App.
